BindCraft paper out in Nature!

In this work, our collaborators Martin Pacesa, Lennart Nickel, Christiaan Schellhaas, Sergey Ovchinnikov, and Bruno E. Correia (and many others) developed and tested a bioinformatics pipeline that allows for one-shot design of synthetic binders for basically any protein that you can imagine.

We were lucky enough to be included to design and test pAgo binders that Patrick, Simon, and Adrie showed were capable of pAgo inhibition, just to demonstrate the versatility and power of this bioinformatics tool. Try it out!
